內圓磨床自動上下料方式
一般(ban)向軸套、軸承、法(fa)蘭等(deng)都(dou)需要對內(nei)孔(kong)進行磨削加(jia)工(gong)(gong),在目前的(de)內(nei)圓磨床的(de)磨削加(jia)工(gong)(gong)內(nei)孔(kong)的(de)過程中普(pu)遍存在內(nei)圓磨床的(de)自動化(hua)程度不夠(gou),一般(ban)都(dou)是(shi)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)實現自動上(shang)(shang)下料,這樣(yang)不僅(jin)增(zeng)加(jia)了(le)工(gong)(gong)作人(ren)員的(de)勞動強度,降(jiang)低了(le)生產效率,工(gong)(gong)件定位和加(jia)工(gong)(gong)質量較差,且上(shang)(shang)、下料時人(ren)手(shou)要靠近鋒利的(de)砂(sha)輪,極有可能因為操(cao)作失誤給工(gong)(gong)作人(ren)員帶來人(ren)身傷害(hai)。
為了提(ti)高內圓磨(mo)床(chuang)自(zi)動化程度,提(ti)高生產效率,降(jiang)低(di)存在的(de)安全隱患,給內圓磨(mo)床(chuang)增加(jia)了一(yi)種(zhong)自(zi)動上下(xia)料(liao)的(de)裝置(zhi),這種(zhong)自(zi)動上下(xia)料(liao)的(de)裝置(zhi)包(bao)括上料(liao)道(dao)(dao)、節(jie)料(liao)機構、推(tui)送機構、擋料(liao)機構和(he)下(xia)料(liao)道(dao)(dao)。

節料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)機構(gou)用于(yu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)上料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)道內(nei)滾落的待磨(mo)件(jian)至(zhi)(zhi)推(tui)(tui)送(song)(song)(song)機構(gou),且在上一待磨(mo)件(jian)進行內(nei)孔削磨(mo)時,限(xian)(xian)位下一待磨(mo)件(jian),直(zhi)至(zhi)(zhi)上一待磨(mo)件(jian)經下料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)道下料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)后,再輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)下一待磨(mo)件(jian)至(zhi)(zhi)推(tui)(tui)送(song)(song)(song)機構(gou);推(tui)(tui)送(song)(song)(song)機構(gou)用于(yu)旋轉推(tui)(tui)送(song)(song)(song)待磨(mo)件(jian)至(zhi)(zhi)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)工(gong)位進行內(nei)孔削磨(mo);擋料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)機構(gou)與節料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)機構(gou)、推(tui)(tui)送(song)(song)(song)機構(gou)配合(he),限(xian)(xian)位待磨(mo)件(jian)按指定路(lu)線(xian)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)。通過(guo)節料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)桿上下移動(dong)(dong)控制上料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)和(he)下料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)的節奏,通過(guo)機械手(shou)旋轉推(tui)(tui)送(song)(song)(song)待磨(mo)件(jian)至(zhi)(zhi)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)工(gong)位,實現了上料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)-加(jia)(jia)工(gong)-下料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)的自動(dong)(dong)循(xun)環(huan),整(zheng)個加(jia)(jia)工(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)無需人工(gong)干預,工(gong)作人員勞動(dong)(dong)強度(du)低,內(nei)孔加(jia)(jia)工(gong)效率(lv)得(de)到了較大提高。
