端(duan)面磨床(chuang)工作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)結合圖1介紹如(ru)下:
操作(zuo)人員將(jiang)(jiang)待(dai)(dai)加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)件(jian)放到自動上料(liao)(liao)箱(xiang)內(如上料(liao)(liao)道(dao)(dao)無(wu)待(dai)(dai)加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)件(jian)時,可手動補料(liao)(liao)),自動上料(liao)(liao)箱(xiang)將(jiang)(jiang)待(dai)(dai)加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)件(jian)補充(chong)到上料(liao)(liao)道(dao)(dao)上,機械手臂1自動將(jiang)(jiang)待(dai)(dai)加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)件(jian)從上料(liao)(liao)道(dao)(dao)上抓起,放入到換(huan)(huan)料(liao)(liao)位(wei)置的夾具上,機床工(gong)位(wei)切換(huan)(huan),待(dai)(dai)加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)件(jian)進入到加(jia)工(gong)位(wei)置進行加(jia)工(gong)。
加工(gong)(gong)(gong)時,機(ji)械(xie)手臂1和(he)機(ji)械(xie)手臂2對(dui)換(huan)料(liao)位置(zhi)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)位進行換(huan)料(liao),加工(gong)(gong)(gong)完成(cheng)后,在線測量儀對(dui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)進行測量,并將結果(guo)反饋(kui)給(gei)系統進行判斷是否需要自(zi)動補正等操作,系統執行相應(ying)指(zhi)令,工(gong)(gong)(gong)位切換(huan),機(ji)械(xie)手臂2將換(huan)料(liao)位置(zhi)夾(jia)具上(shang)(shang)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)好的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)取出放(fang)到(dao)下(xia)料(liao)道上(shang)(shang),下(xia)料(liao)道將加工(gong)(gong)(gong)完成(cheng)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)輸送(song)到(dao)收料(liao)機(ji)上(shang)(shang)進行存(cun)放(fang),機(ji)床完成(cheng)一次自(zi)動循(xun)環指(zhi)令。

二、海默端(duan)面(mian)磨床(chuang)各部件(jian)功能簡介
下(xia)面結(jie)合圖1簡要介(jie)紹各(ge)部件的功能(neng):
1. 自(zi)動(dong)上料(liao)箱(xiang):臨時存放(fang)待加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)件,機床自(zi)動(dong)加工(gong)(gong)時,自(zi)動(dong)上料(liao)箱(xiang)將待加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)件放(fang)入上料(liao)道上,起到自(zi)動(dong)上料(liao)的作用(yong)。
2. 上(shang)(shang)料(liao)道(dao):輸送待(dai)加(jia)工工件到機械手臂1的位置,為上(shang)(shang)料(liao)做準備,上(shang)(shang)料(liao)道(dao)可以放(fang)置多(duo)個待(dai)加(jia)工工件,需要操作人員(yuan)或自動上(shang)(shang)料(liao)箱將待(dai)加(jia)工工件放(fang)置在(zai)上(shang)(shang)料(liao)道(dao)上(shang)(shang),并(bing)定(ding)時補(bu)充。
3. 機械(xie)手臂(bei)1:又(you)稱上料手臂(bei),機械(xie)手臂(bei)1及手臂(bei)上的(de)機械(xie)手將待加工(gong)工(gong)件抓取、放置到換料位(wei)置的(de)工(gong)位(wei)上,實現上料功能。
4. 機械手臂(bei)2:又稱下料手臂(bei),機械手臂(bei)2及手臂(bei)上的(de)機械手將(jiang)加工完成的(de)工件(jian)抓取、放置到下料道上,實現下料功(gong)能。
5. 在線(xian)測(ce)量(liang)儀:對加(jia)工(gong)(gong)好的(de)工(gong)(gong)件進行厚度(du)尺(chi)寸的(de)測(ce)量(liang),并(bing)將測(ce)量(liang)結果(guo)反饋給系(xi)統進行補償等(deng)操作。
6. 下(xia)料道:輸送加工完成的(de)工件(jian)到下(xia)一工序(xu)位置或臨時存放加工完成的(de)工件(jian)。
7. 收(shou)料機:存放更(geng)多加工(gong)(gong)完成的工(gong)(gong)件,不(bu)讓加工(gong)(gong)完成的工(gong)(gong)件占用(yong)下料道。
